Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of prints are these?

Each piece is a giclée reproduction of an original painting or photography, printed with professional pigment inks on premium archival paper. This process captures the color, texture and character of the original artwork while creating a print designed to last.

Are prints framed?

Prints are sold unframed unless otherwise noted. The sizes offered are standard frame sizes, making it easier to find ready-made framing options.

Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?

I do my best to represent each piece as accurately as possible. However, colors can vary slightly from one screen to another — and printed color may look a little different from the illuminated image you see on a device.

Product photographs are taken in natural light without filters or color alterations.

Will I be able to see the texture of the original painting?

Yes. Each reproduction retains some of the brushwork, surface texture and natural variations found in the original painting. These details are part of what gives the print its character. Texture may appear more noticeable in larger print sizes.

How long will my order take?

Prints are made especially for you after your order is placed. Please allow up to 1–2 weeks for your print to be produced and shipped. You’ll receive tracking information once it is on its way.

How are prints packaged?

Prints up to 8 × 10 inches are generally shipped flat in protective packaging. Larger prints are carefully rolled and shipped in a sturdy mailing tube. Your print may need a little time to relax and flatten before framing.

How much is shipping?

Prints ship within the United States for a flat rate of $7 per order—whether you order one print or several.

Original artwork has separate shipping requirements and is not included in the print flat rate. If you purchase an original and a print together, they may arrive separately.

Do you accept returns?

Because every print is made to order, print sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible and include photographs of the print and packaging. I’ll make sure a replacement is arranged.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Print orders are sent into production soon after they are received. If you need to make a change, please get in touch as quickly as possible. I can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun, but I’ll do my best to help.

If you change your mind about an original artwork, the order may be canceled as long as it has not yet shipped and we receive your request in time. If you receive an original and are unhappy with its quality, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a credit equal to the price of the artwork.

What should I do if my print arrives damaged?

Please take a few few clear photographs of the damage and keep the print and its packaging, and contact me with your order number. Damaged prints will be replaced at no additional cost.

How should I care for my print?

Handle your print with clean, dry hands and avoid touching the printed surface whenever possible. For the longest life, frame it behind glass or acrylic and keep it away from moisture and prolonged direct sunlight.
